明洞の繁華街から歩いてすぐのロッテホテル目印になる光る像もあって、迷うことなく帰れるのがありがたいパジャマはなくバスローブだけなのはすこし殘念だけど、他は大満足でした！

比較的新しいホテルで清潔感もありとても気に入りました。地下鉄駅から徒歩5分、明洞まで徒歩10分、一階にはセブンイレブンとコーヒーショップがあり、立地は最高でした。目の前に大通りがあるのでKakaoTaxiもすぐ來てくれて大変助かりました。あと、やっぱりLotteブランドもいいですね。スタッフの方たちが親切で笑顔が印象的でした。また機會があれば泊まりたいホテルの一つです。

明洞市街地から歩いて10-15分程度で、ロケーションも良かったです。フロントの方々が笑顔で対応してくださりとても良い印象を受けました。シャワーかバスタブか聞いてくれて、嬉しかったです。コンセントもいろいろなプラグ（世界各國だけでなくUSBも）に対応していてホスピタリティの高さを感じました。また泊まりたいです。

clean hotel, great location. close to a lot of subways which are all linked underground. walkable distance to myeongdong shopping district. no toothbrush toothpaste provided, only provides 2 bottles of water a day.

初めて泊まらせてもらいました。駅近とのことですが、地下鉄の改札から出口までの距離が想像以上に遠く、あまり駅近感はなかったです。周囲にはコンビニが複數あり、便利でした。ホテルは清潔で、上の階のレストランも美味しかったので良かったです。

Wonderful spot in the middle of Seoul! Highly recommend to all types of travelers, but specifically those inclined to shop. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired with a dirty towel and under-cleaned waste paper basket, but service for this issue was prompt and excellent. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff as well. Lovely Twosome Cafe from walking distance!!!

This was our second time staying at this hotel within the span of a week. The room given to us this time around did not have a bathtub and to be honest I preferred the shower space compared to trying to have a shower by standing in a bathtub. The view from this room wasn’t as pretty as the other one on the 23rd floor although we were only 3 floors down. However, I love the fact that they took into consideration my request for wanting a room where I can watch the sunrise. That made the other views outside obsolete. The location is excellent, you can access every tourist attraction from this location via bus, train or walking. Love the on-site laundry as it makes a world of difference so one doesn’t have to travel with dirty laundry in their suitcase. I would indeed stay there again in the future. They just really need to improve on their breakfast. Don’t know if they did as second time around I didn’t opt in for breakfast, as the breakfast is just tragic. Can’t praise the housekeepers enough they go above and beyond and are such diligent workers. They deserve a raise at this point.
