The hotel location was not as convenient as the other reviews said. It’s at the convention centre area instead of downtown and thus we needed to take buses to go to the downtown or other destinations every day. Luckily the bus stops were near the hotel. A small comment was that the housekeeping could be slightly more efficient. They said one minute every time but it could be a couple of hours.

I always like staying in Rotana hotel groups because the service is always good. Especially when 永安 offers better price some time. Very nice hotel.

It was a pleasant stay although the services were somehow slow. The receptionists were so friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing for families.

It’s one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. The staff are hospitable and respectful. The receptionist tried her best to give us the best available option she had. I will definitely come back again!
