The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. Não conseguimos dormir...gente a gritar a noite toda, parecia uma feira. Será que o staff do hotel apenas se preocupa em receber os clientes e não assegura o seu conforto per***ente? Como é possível haver música alta num quarto, gente a bater com portas e a falar alto nos corredores durante toda a noite???? Este é um hotel da cadeia Starwood...(???) Pequeno-almoço fabuloso.

Great place to stay, very polite and helpful staff. All is very clean and organised. Small min point they don’t like guest in the room. WiFi is also a little hassle and could be organised better.

Não conseguimos dormir....durante a noite, portas de quartos a bater, gente a falar alto e a rir. E ninguém do hotel fez nada. Será que não existe o direito de descanso de um hóspede? Será este um hotel de 5 estrelas, que deveria assegurar o conforto e bem estar dos hóspedes? Pessoas com dinheiro, não significa que tenham educação... Lamentável que um hotel, com excelentes infraestruturas, comida muito boa, espaços agradáveis e que cobra bem, deixe que alguns hóspedes o transformem num local desagradável e de baixo nível.
