To say that this was a bad experience is ludicrous the Chris it it doesn't even come into the realm of how bad this was these people ****ed me around knowing that I only needed the room for 4 hours it was 6 o'clock in the morning and I booked it only so I could sleep for 4 hours they then and charged me $50 more more to check in at that time instead of 3 o'clock even though the room was empty and I was just gonna sleep for 4 hours and be gone by noon so they could re rent the room that wasn't good enough for them they charged me $50 which they still have and I don't have back on my card yet But then they Made me give them a $100 in deposit in cash it should be the room gave me keys and then took them back and said no you can't go in that room somebody's in there and told me I can't come to come back until 3 and they were gonna give me my $50 back even because then they would cancel this the the rum I told him I just need to sleep for a few hours that's all they kept my money never refunded it For the room I still got charged full price for the room I never stayed at they charged me a cancelation fee and this ****ing website said they were gonna take care of it and I still don't have my money back it's been 3 days To say I'm furious is is nothing to how mad I am. The smug attitude dismissive Looks and all around bad customer service by 2 individuals Was unbelievable Give the minus stars I would
