梅拉公園酒店 (Mera Park Hotel)

Hotel located at a crossroads, so it won't take long to find it. Initially, the manager Jum did not offer to choose a room and placed me on the fourth floor, where WiFi no worked at all. All day the staff said that the Internet would work and these were temporary glitches, but soon the receptionist went to the fourth floor and, as it turned out, she also could not connect to WiFi. I am very outraged by the behavior of the night receptionist, Ali, who, instead of helping, allowed himself to shout at the guests! In the end, they admitted that the Internet did not work on the entire fourth floor; as a result, I was forced to spend a day without the Internet. The next morning I was forced to move to a room on the other floor, where the Internet worked, since it still didn’t work on the fourth floor! There are no kettles or any tea accessories in the rooms; there is only a cooler on the ground floor, which creates additional difficulties for guests, as in order to get wateryou have to carry water from the ground floor yourself.In general, the photographs posted in the booking system are color corrected; in reality, the furniture in the rooms is old.

Staff doesn’t know English. None of the things are working properly in room. Ac was not working. Tv was not working. There were no room sleeper. Cleaner stole our things from room.

Вполне себе нормальный отель, приятно что в комнате есть балкон, что делает отель как бы домом. Не смотря что отель стоит у дороги, шума нет. И добраться до отеля легко, т.к. он в 4-5 остановках от Марк Анталья. Персонал понимает по русски и английски, что тоже важно, вполне доброжелательны. Из отеля можно заказать еду, а в фойе воспользоваться кулером с холодной и горячей водой. По цене очень доступно, особенно для тех кто хочет задержаться подольше. Рекомендую.

Отель понравился, чистое постельное белье, пушистые полотенца, внизу есть кулер с водой. Уютно и все необходимое есть

To get to the main street or the old town, you will need to walk a few blocks or use public transport. The rooms are spacious, many (but not all) have a personal balcony with a table and chairs (quite dusty), the furniture is quite worn (not like it looks in the photo). In some rooms there are refrigerators, but they are old and do not work well, in others there is only a cabinet where there used to be a refrigerator. The hair dryers are quite old. There is no kettle or any tea accessories in the room. Guests are forced to collect hot water themselves from the cooler on the ground floor into their own dishes. On the first evening there was a breakdown with the centralized lighting in the room (the light stopped turning on), in addition, there was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, after a personal visit to the reception, the employee finally got up, but the problem was not solved, I had to spend the evening in darkness. The next day I was forced to move to another room. I was outraged on the second evening of my stay, while I had booked two nights, by the administrator Lema who checked me in for two nights on the first day, pretended that she didn’t recognize me, demanded to show me the key and tell me my name. The staff needs to be attentive to the guests so as not to create such uncomfortable situations!

Отель понравился. Очень удачно расположен-это центр города. Я была по делам и для меня это было важно .Рядом с отелем находятся остановки автобусов и недалеко остановка трамвая. В пешей доступности два пляжа. Недалеко метров 500 чудесный парк. Рядом много магазинов, ларьков и кафе , также ресторанов. Нет проблем с питанием. В самом отеле Mera park hotel в сентябре 2023 ресторан не работал ,но мне это было и не нужно, так как множество баров, кафе рядом с отелем. Хорошо работал Wi-Fi, как в лобби, так и в номере. В лобби стоит кулер с водой- как холодной, так и горячей. Могут сделать чай, кофе.Если ехать по рабочим делам Отель очень подойдёт.

Вполне нормальный за свои деньги. Номер простой, но достаточно большой, горячая вода была всегда под хорошим напором, кондиционер работал исправно, wifi хороший, так же есть мини холодильник. Чайника в номере нет, но в лобби есть кулер с горячей, холодной водой. Единственный минус, невыветриваемый запах сигарет.

It’s one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed.. I tried to cancel from the first day, but it was not available.. all my stay was smelling coming from the toilet, old and dirty toilet, very weary floor and furniture.. am surprise how they advertised on 永安.. there was no hot water to shower, very dirty kitchen when I went to get knive and forge, they were dirty, no kettle for hot water, do I went and bought one.. apart from the nice cleaning lady, I rate it 0.1..
