The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. Was a little disappointed when I tried to extend my stay and was told I could not keep the same room in the South Tower but other than that a wonderful experience.

Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through 永安. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in.

The room needed vacuuming when we first got there also one of the bellboy men he was very rude to us very rude to my husband and I he was very dismissive did not acknowledge us, and I did not appreciate that everybody else was very friendly, cordial and kind but the room was the crumbs on the floor when we entered into the room
