Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location for what we needed to do during our stay. It’s worth paying extra for a car park as it was convenient and to get to and from our room to our car. Good for families with a washing machine and dryer so you don’t have to wait to return home to do a big load of washing. We would definitely here again with our family or just ourselves.

Second booking with this hotel and I enjoyed my stay there just as I did the first time. The weather was bad the whole time I was in Auckland, but with the parking area being indoors and elevators going straight from the parking lot to my room, I never needed to worry about an umbrella or getting my shopping inside without being wet. 💯💯💯

The location was VERYYYY convenient and accessible to everything including Westfield mall across the road. Private parking space is included 💯 The kitchen had everything including pots and dishes etc. There’s also a washing machine and dryer included with washing powder. Fast wifi and a very safe and beautiful spacious balcony. I’m definitely booking this hotel again on my next visit.
