酒店位置太好了，出門100米海灘，200米商場，酒店泳池很大，應該是度假村，裏面很大，環境好，像個小花園，下次還來住。

Kuta Puri was fabulous. Firstly I must thank all the staff. So gracious, friendly and eager to help. This place is a paradise tucked away in the heart of Kuta. The grounds and facilities were all immaculately maintained daily, and the pools also. We stayed for a week, hired a motorbike from the resort, and set about exploring as much of Bali as we could. Returning to Kuta Puri each evening and to the pool was the icing on the cake every day. Our room was spacious, quiet and with nice views of the gardens from the balcony. The bed and was very comfortable. Thank you all so much, and will see you again next year.

Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer als ich gebucht habe. Angeblich ein Upgrade. Ich freute mich. Im Zimmer angekommen bemerkte ich sofort den feuchten ModerGeruch. Alles war nass. Die Fliesen, sogar der Wandspiegel und das Bettzeug. Irgendwas muss kaputt gewesen sein. Zwar wurde sofort mehrfach gewischt aber das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar und so musste ich dort bleiben. Aber dort konnte man gar nicht schlafen, es war schlimm. Bin dann früh gleich vor dem Frühstück abgereist. Kein Manager dort um zu helfen. Auch nachts keine Lösung.
