As I reach the hotel found out Rooms are quite old, broken parquets messy pool,old amenities,lots of molds and not as in picture or star rated therefore spoke to front desk to cancel my booking, never disagree staff was very helpful and friendly, he got me to contact 永安 to perform this procedure as I contacted 永安 Seems after their negotiations with hotel this booking unable to refund despite all the prove as picture given. At last I rather not stay in this as came to Bali to had a good vacation Highly not recommending this hotel as it’s not same as pictured

I didn’t like it, it’s too old, need reconstruction. Location is not perfect. I wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast is poor.
