酒店位置很好、Pool access 房間隔音很差！每天都比噪音噪醒！洗手間比gym 房更加大、服務員很熱情和有禮貌款待所有住客。

Персонал на высоте, очень стильно внутри, у нас был номер с видом на океан, с маленьким садиком, думаю это лучший вариант. Минут только в том, что напротив пляжа речка и не покупаешься, в остальном супер!

My second time staying at this resort! Lovely location, great access to beach & amazing staff! Very young and passionate and attentive. Berawa Suite was breathtaking but the dragging or running in the platform above will cause noise & the nearby clubs will be pumping till 11pm but manageable. I hope all guests know that we are privileged to have access to the local beach that’s rightfully owned by the locals, let’s respect the culture and locals when we’re in their territory. It would be great if you could look into installing a proper security post at the beach access instead of a makeshift bench and beach umbrella. The weather will change drastically soon & hope the amazing security guards will get proper treatment

Stayed for xmas with my 2 young children. The staff were amazing, really made the 永安 about them and went out of there way to make my boys feel included in the xmas festivities. Can’t speak highly Enough. Breakfast was great. Location was good, away from the craziness of now Canguu. Got sick and they arranged a doctor (extra cost but that’s ok) All round amazing 永安.

Very Noisy, Building works next door & opposite!!! Not enough sun beds if around pool of your not on groynd floor with your own, which i expected. Got bad food poisoning from fish taco but couldve been Bali Belly. Wouldnt go again

4G Mobile signal is really a problem. Quite a blindspot. Coincidentally hotel Wifi broke down on the 3rd nite. Hotel is in a secluded area and if you want a quiet nite it is good, and it is 5mins walk to all the restaurants and bars. It faces the sea but the beach is not directly accessible, not an issue for me since i did not intend to go. Room and bathroom are big and more importantly clean. Overall OK hotel.
