峇裏島環境不錯，天氣也很好，藍天白雲的，可惜這次沒有去海邊，參加酒店展會，慶幸的是入住的酒店用的酒店門鎖是我們公司的orbita，保險箱 小冰箱，五星級待遇，酒店服務太多也很好，很友好，酒店到展會也很近，開車5-10分鐘左右，也沒有雅加達那樣擁堵，下次還會繼續選擇這家酒店，他們服務員也會幫忙提行李到酒店💥，超讚👍超讚

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

還行吧 床旁邊有蜘蛛網 估計很久沒打掃 衞生間淋浴是壞的 其他的沒什麼 出門往右走不到200米 有個中國的毛家菜館 比較方便

Waktu checkin dapat kamar di L 5, saat masuk kamar ternyata ada lalat sampe 4 ekor🫣 Untung receptionist cepat mengatasi lgsg dipindah ke kamar L 6. Kamar nyaman dan cukup luas, AC dingin, ada balcony dan bathub, amenities lengkap. Tempat breakfast luas, menu variatif, kondimen cukup lengkap, rasa enak. Di lobby banyak tempat yg nyaman untuk menunggu atau sekedar duduk santai. Thankyou🌷

Not a good choice for honeymoon couples. The rooms are good but the toilet are not clean. The shower, handwash area are extremely rusty. Not a 5 star hotel at all.

Positief: De mensen waren aardig en erg behulpzaam Negatief: Erg vies zowel op de kamer als het gehele hotel, nooit geen onderhoud gepleegt, zwemwater wordt niet gezuiverd. 2x een rat gezien, 1x op de 2e verdieping en de andere keer bij het ontbijt. Zéér negatief over dit hotel en prijs niet waardig. P.s. hygiëne had ik op 1 gezet maar moet dus 0 zijn.

The staff are nice and the breakfast is quite good. Location wise, it's in Nusa Dua but far away from any attractions or nice restaurants. The biggest problem is the cleanliness. This place is ABSOLUTELY filthy :( We complained and they upgraded our room, but even the new room was dirty. I'll never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone!

入住感覺挺好的，朋友門都説不錯，出行也比較方便，泳池夠大，喜歡游泳的朋友可以考慮，整體環境都很好，以後有需要還會考慮！

這是我第一次給差評，也是我們住過最差的酒店🤨🤨床上居然有兩粒老鼠屎，水龍頭都是生銹的，整個房間一股濃濃的黴味！空調吱吱嘎嘎的拖拉機一樣，最後敲了兩下，還罷工了！早餐不好吃，還很多蒼蠅！無邊泳池和健身房全部破破爛爛的，關着門！一樓的泳池很臟，幾乎沒有人在裏面游泳！我申請退房，居然不可以取消
