This resort is to be avoided. They checked us into a room full of mould and bat faeces. (See my picture) Then when we checked out immediately as they didn't have other rooms would not provide refund. We are not fussy at all, and don't mind staying in substandard accommodation, but this place was a health hazard. See my uploaded pictures for how bad this place is. What's worse is TRIP.COM also washed their hands of the problem saying that it's up to hotel to respond and when hotel didn't respond TRIP says can't help with a redund. So now we have paid for 2 hotels for same period. Use *********** or AGODA instead. AIR CON, TV, fridge all not working in room Pool is run down and water was green. This place is a scam and a health hazard do not book!
