its my first experience with Suma Hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 2 days, unfortunately I can't show up on the first day due to emergency family reason ( my old brother passed away on the first day ) I tried to call to the number on the 永安 shown up, but its just an answer machine spoke, so I come on the 2nd day, and teh sold my room to other guest without any confirmation from us, without any call or any further information, so please, be carefull, even you paid for your booking, it doesn't mean confirmed that you will get the room👎 very bad experience with Suma Hotel👎

Rooms and pool were great, fresh flowers and pool towels available to use each day - staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Only negative was that 永安s were more expensive, we booked elsewhere and saved 100 rupiah p/p so worth keeping in mind.
