這家酒店出門左轉幾十米是個大商場，吃用俱全，星巴克H&M；出門右轉，走過紅綠燈是一家摩託租賃。距離機場5公里，及其方便，連續兩次入住了。

Le personnel est vraiment charmant et me donne toujours une chambre d'une qualité supérieure avec balcon face à la piscine. Il faut dire que je suis un habitué de cet hôtel. Par contre cette fois ci j'ai été vraiment très déçu par la qualité du plat que j'ai commandé. J'aurai dû refuser de le manger après l'avoir goûté car les pâtes n'étaient presque pas cuites et la portion était à peine acceptable pour un enfant en bas age de 2 ou 3 ans. J'ai pris aussi une boisson à la fraise. Le tout pour 148000 RP. J'ai mieux mangé et c'était bien plus copieux et délicieux chez un ami à Lovina pour seulement 27000 RP. Je ne mangerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable. I was impressed by a young male staff member who took the initiative to ask if I needed help as I passed by the restaurant on my way to my room. He took responsibility and escorted me there. When we found that my room key didn't work, he promptly arranged for an engineer to fix it. As a representative of the hotel, he embodied the image of hospitality, not just within the restaurant. While the facilities were not very new, they were kept clean. Additionally, I appreciated a cleaning staff member who decorated my bed with lovely cloth flowers—a small gesture that truly made my day.

This hotel was perfect. Even though it’s not 5 star it was very nice, clean, AMAZING breakfast, and staff is so friendly and helpful to even give recommendations! I would go back there. They have a small gym which is nice and you can get a massage. Location is a little far from the beach town area but still only 20 minutes walk or you can rent a bike.

Wat een heerlijk hotel, super vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk eten, mooi groot zwembad aan een strandje met watersport mogelijkheden, schone kamer, lekker groot bed en tot ons plezier een dekbedhoes van Batik😍😍 Kortom heerlijk genoten, zeker een aanrader👌🙏

Overall hotel ini sangat selesa. Semua staff sangat baik dan membantu. Husband buat surprise deco di bilik, bilik dah ready siap buka aircond bila sampai. We stayed for 5 night here. Semua request dipenuhi. On 3rd day i got "bali belly" and foot cramped. Staff di restoran sangat baik bantu sediakan ais for free untuk tuam di kaki yg sakit. Security juga baik share info ubat yang bersesuaian. Staff sentiasa greet dan tegur kami. Makanan semuanya halal. Akan datang semula bila ke bali lagi!
