阿育王樹烏佈德度假村 (Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda)

Hi.. I love the location very much because it's been surrounded by nature. When u get up in the morning u can hear the bird chirping.. Having breakfast with the forest view & can get massage spa especially after a whole day ubud tour.The hotel staff is really friendly & helpfull.. Only one particular thing im not happy with the item in hotel room.. No soap, no hairdryer no cap bathrope as mention when I book in the apps.. I need to call reception to get it & when I ask for 1 pillow extra .. The said there's a group of guest coming so we can't but there is few room is no guest..overall every is good...

Fasilitas bagus, layanan bagus, makan pagi perlu lebih variasi, penyiapan check in perlu lebih ditingkatkan agar pukul 14:00 , kamar sdh siap. Untuk WIFI di kamar 201 perlu diperbaiki, kabel putus

We extended one more night in a room with balcony. The room was prepared early at 10:00 and we could move after breakfast. We had a balcony room in the third floor with a nice view to the garden, Swimmingpool and the area around with palmtrees. We took a delicious dinner. The stuff was very friendly and served us very well. They fulfilled any wish we ever had. We had a good breakfast and We could check out late at 1pm. Thank you so much for the nice stay. We recommend this hotel as a quiet and nice hotel. Josef & Chuleeporn

Toujours bien reçu à ubud

Das Hotel liegt super schön über einem Tal mit einem kleinen Fluß. Dieses Tal ist wie ein Regenwald mit vielen hohen Palmen. Vom Restaurant und einem der beiden Swimmingpools hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in das grüne Tal. Der Service beim Checkin war sehr schlecht. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft um 15:00 nicht vorbereitet. Es fehlten frische Bettlaken. Der Transporter hatte Probleme zu liefern. Uns wurde empfohlen, noch einmal das Hotel zu verlassen oder im Restaurant zu speisen. Beim Checkin wurde uns berichtet, was wir im Zimmer nicht tun dürften und dass es kostet, wenn man etwas kaputt macht. Wie in der Schule. Bitte bei anderen Gästen in Zukunft nicht mehr machen! Das ist doch eh klar. Wir warteten also eine Stunde an der Lobby. Auf unser Drängen hin gab es nach einer Stunde einen „Welcome Drink“. Wir entschieden uns, doch ins Restaurant zum Essen zu gehen. Wir aßen Fish & Chips und Mixed BBQ, was sehr gut schmeckte. Und wie gesagt die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Um 16:00 war das Zimmer fertig. Wir gingen nach einem Kaffee im Zimmer nochmals ins Restaurant. Das Personal dort war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Chicken Cordon Bleu mit Pommes war wenig, aber sehr gut. Der Service dort ist hervorragend. Rita und ihr Team waren super freundlich. Heute kommen wir wieder dorthin. Das Frühstück war gut mit Obst, Saft und einer Auswahl an verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Gerichten. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Josef & Chuleeporn
