三味線套房與別墅 (The Kanjeng Suites & Villas Sanur)

Vreselijke ervaring en zou iedereen afraden om dit hotel te verblijven. De kamer is vreselijk vies..grote vlekken op de deuren, ramen. De handdoeken grauw en niet uitnodigend om je lichaam ermee te drogen. Toilet is half aan het vergaan. Durf niets aan te raken. We zijn meteen vertrokken naar een ander hotel.

First time staying here, and I didn't know this accommodation before! 永安 has showed a room display option for the Chinese New Year, the rate was okay but compare to other I prefer to stay in other hotel which offers same price for better facility. Indeed, the photos on 永安 looks great, in fact it's 180 degrees different then in real. Good location, calm and feel relaxed, but the cleanliness is bad, this old accommodation needs special and big maintenance to make it better look! First, I entered a room I was shocked to see the different compare on photos. The bathroom had no headshower and the water pressure is really low, it was room in second floor and stuck balcony door which uneasy to slide (rusty). was really bad! The linens, sofas, curtains, towels are dirty and stinky. I was asking the receptionist for the new room. The staff is really helpful and will try to make your stay accommodating. They will help out with the issues you have. this is a plus! 2 Nights stay is fine, hopefully from this review they will start to think to make this place looks better than what it is now. Super spacious and the staffs are very welcome. Near sanur beach, easy access to stuja sanur or massimo gelato.

DO NOT STAY HERE! SCAMMER! Definitely not 4 star, lying misleading hotel. WORST hotel I ever stay in Bali, where do I begin. Hotel located in an alley the picture misleading, look at my pic for the front of the hotel. Arrive at 4 pm to check in, no towel, said towel will be ready at 6pm. Pass by the pool toward my room, the pool water chocolate so dirty and so many tiles in the pool broken. Pool can't be used. Going up to 2nd floor stairs smells so bad like sewer leak smell. Get into my room 217, the room sofa and mirror so old, sofa have bald spot and stains, and you can see the mirror have black stains and the glass door to balcony broken can't completely close, it leave like 3 cm gap. Insert fly in thru it I got flies and mosquito flying in room. Key broken when I came back from dinner, because the door lock is rusty and you need to turn the key with power. Complain to the front desk, she gave me new key and said u have to pay 20,000 idr. Ok although I said your key is so weak and the door rusty. Gave her 50000 idr. waited for 3 min she was gone to the backroom, and then come out ignoring me and help other customer. I said miss where is my change I gave you 50000. She look at me and said oh sorry the fee is 50000 not 20000 for broken key. I argue with her for 10 sec, I don't have time for this I think I just told her you can keep it, thus hotel really ruin my day. I just go back to sleep in setup alarm at 7am and leave to different hotel.

Semua fasilitas di kamar berfungsi dg baik serta teh, sampo, sabun disediakan, harga murah lokasi strategis bnyak tmpat mkn dsekitar, kolam renangnya juga luas Kesimpulannya oke,.

Smell the room not so good , old building I have to tell staff to clean again the room

Very nice location and friendly staffs. However, the facility is very old and the blanket is very thin.

Tadi nya cepat ragu nginap di sini Krna review nya jelek banget Tapi setelah datang ke lokasi bener2 fantastik Dengan harga hotel yg lumayan murah kita mendapatkan ruangan yg luas Peralatan lengkap dari brankas microwave teko dan kulkas semua bisa di pakai dg baik Kolam renang nya jg bisa di gunakan jadi ga usah takut Staf sangat rajin ngecek dan ramah2 semua Dan jg lokasi nya ga jauh dari pantai dan kalau ingin cari makan jg gampang tinggl keluar hotel belok kanan ke arah jalan besar di sana ada banyak warung jual nasi Jinggo hingga nasi campur kaya warteg gitu harga nya murah banget

lokasi strategis dekat jalan utama, kamar luas tetapi kurang bersih. air panas di toilet tdk berfungsi, pdhl sudah lapor tp tdk ada perbaikan, pintu kamar tdk bisa dikunci dr dalam ttpi stlh lapor lgsg diperbaiki. handuk harus minta dlu baru disediakan, tdk ada keset toilet. view hotel sebetulnya bagus ttpi spti tdk terawat. kolam renang tdk bisa digunakan krn airnya kotor.
