萬隆霍里森綠林酒店 (Horison Green Forest Bandung)

房間太臭了。

Semalam sebenar nya kurang, complementary cake nya dapet 2 kamar, staff ramah, makanan enak pemandangan bagus banget, tempat main anak juga seru...walau butuh effort ke kebun nya... Anak anak happy insyaallah kesini lagi.. terimakasih horison grand forest...

Menginap di kamar executive. Saat check-in kamarnya wangi banget. Kebersihan kurang sempurna masih ada debu2 di pinggiran lantai balkon. Privasi juga kurang karena suara obrolan dari kamar sebelah terdengar sampai ke dalam kamar. Peletakan dispenser air dan colokan listriknya berjauhan. Jadi kabel dispenser melintang di atas meja rias, tidak estetik jadinya. Mohon diperhatikan untuk peletakan dispenser air. Fasilitas outdoor sangat bagus, kids friendly dan penuh dengan greenery dengan pemandangan yg indah. Kolam renang bersih.

We often stay cation here. But, this time we not happy The are give us connecting room and didn’t explain to us. When we ask to change the room. The are ask for pay extra than the price not make sense. The bad experience is, the are putting roll tisu with strength materia. Very dangerous

Saya menginap di tipe kamar Cottage King slama 2 hari.. pas hari pertama masuk, di “serbu” dengan pasukan nyamuk dlm perjalanan menuju kamar, padahal msh sekitar jam 3an.. di dalam kamar juga byk nyamuk, jd kira ga berani buka pintu balkon (ujung2 nya balkon nya jarang digunakan).. dan kita minta baygon ke receptionist.. setelah di semprot baygon, aman sih (nyamuk jd ga ada di kamar).. tapi pintu balkon dan pintu utama sudah pasti harus selalu tertutup.. Hari ke 2 sih aman2 aja dan enjoy2 aja di Green Forest.. 1 point plus lagi, ternyata ada AC di kamar!!! udah wanti2 ga bakal ada AC di penginapan Lembang.. Bagus lahhh ada Ac 🤭 Dannn mau nongki2 malam ada Ruang Lapang dan Kala Cemara yg sangat amat dekat.. anak2 happy main ke sana..

I visited Bandung so many time. This is the most horrible 4 star Hotel and i dont its qualify 1 star hotel. 1. The room dont have air condition, dont have fridge, the window is broken, dirty floor, dirty bed sheet, got a lipstick mark on the blanket and i dont think they wash the bed sheet and the blanket also a lot of insect inside the room 2. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, i dont think they clean up the bathroom. Inside the bathroom they dont provide towel. We booked 4 rooms and one of the room got towel but its very smelly like ****. 3. The pool is also dirty, they dont have a gym. Ussualy 4 star hotel got a gym 4. We ask the room service for a bucket of ice cube. But they came and send us with a bowl of ice cube. They said we must pay for a bucket of ice. Its ok for us. But they never come with a bucket of ice cube. And we dont think they have an ice bucket. 5. My wife wants to borrow a haor dryer. And they came with broken hair dryer 6. The room location also horrible. I prefer sleep in my own toilet rather than sleep on this hotel. I trybto get a refund and ask the hotel to give me another room but they cant help It was horrible experience Dont go there. U better bring ur own tents and sleep on rather than pay this hotel. At lease sleep in tents is free

Diluar ekspetasiiii Recomend bgt! Staff full ramah. Anak2 full happy menginap disini. Next kalo ke lembang akan pesan hotel disini lagi, no horor2 club walau pemandangan nya hutan 😉

Enak bgt tempatnya.. lengkap ada pool, tpt lari2an anak2, perosotan, adem, trus deket Kala Cemara jg.. ada yg bukan villa jg, ada yg modern kamar hotelnya.. will be back someday 🤍

Tempat yang menyenangkan utk berlibur bersama keluarga. Area bermain luas. Sarapan banyak makanannya dan bervariasi. kolam renang bersih. Banyak kegiatan out door yg bisa dilakukan. Kamar tidak ada fasilitas ac tetapi ruangan tetap dingin. Pelayan nya ramah.

The surrounding's good, calm and very relaxing. unfortunately there's renovation nearby. But overall it was a great stay :)
