One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Bandung. Best breakfast spread, best quality. Amenities are just beside, Trans Studio Mall. Easy access to shops. Location is slightly far if you want to go to Lembang. Overall, it is value for money.

Hotel luar biasa di daerah bandung, nyambung mall, mesjid besar, fasilitas hotel super komplit dan akses tengah kota yang strategis, breakfast yang sangat bervariasi dan enaak!! Cocok buat traveling untuk bisnis di temani keluarga, kolam renang dengan pasir buatan yang sangat unik serta kids club yang luas, 2 jempol pokoknya, thanks Trans Hotel dan 永安 👍

very enjoy at their business lounge in 18 th floor, not happy with receptionist when check in, I feel they are not to be honest to guest, for using business lounge should be only pay Rp350.000 per person but they push me to upgrade room. Also when I asking additional water by rool call, they make it difficult, my request is only water, but the services is doesn't like five star hotel

Hotel luxury ya bener2 lux dari interitor decor, kualitas property dikamar, amenities semua dari bahan2 berkualitas. Kami afternoon tea di the lounge lobby, taste mpek mpeknya enak, hanya mie goreng jawa terlalu banyak kecap, terimakasih untuk pelayanannya yang excellent mba Mia. SPA : walau hanya dilayani oleh 1 terapis Ayu tapi ayu bener2 profesional cara memijatnya terlatih dan Rasha memberi pelayanan yang baik. Meat platter di the 18th restaurant tastenya enak..oiya jangan lupa fasilitas disc kamar harus ditanyakan lawgi ketika membayar, terimakasih kepada Restu atas pelayanannya, semoga bisa cepet jadi pegawai tetap.atau et least kontrak ya tidak daily worker lagi. Kamar nyaman kamar mandi nyaman, hanya saluran tv perlu di tambah dengan youtube agar bisa sama dengan hotel bintang sejenis. Fasilitas : tidak diragukan lagi kemana2 dekat ga perlu juga keluar hotel mau makan, belanja, rekreasi semua ada dilingkungan hotel. Walau sudah 9 tahun hotel ini tetap bagus kualitasnya terawat.
