Unclean room when going to bed on the first day, dirty room, air conditioner, hear the smell of dirt coming from the air conditioner, bathroom, old appliances, shower head is rusty, when entering the second day, the air conditioner still smells like soil. That does not clean at all, stick the tape against the wood

Pertama datang untuk cek in langsung lancar dengan menunjukkan kode booking dan salah satu paspor, sy pesan 永安le room. Di lantai 5. Karna datang sekitar jam 19.00 malam kami keluar lagi untuk cari makan. Sebelum makan kami coba ke wc namun closet airnya tidak ada. Jadi sekalian keluar kami lapor dan memberikan kunci hotel ke cs, cs bilang akan langsung di cek. Jam 21.00 an kami balik closet masih diperbaiki 30mnt kemudian datang org yg memperbaiki dan closet sdh berfungsi meskipun isi air penuh harus nunggu 15mnt. Selama kami tidur AC ternyata tidak dingin dan paginya sekalian kami keluar lapor lagi. Malam kami setelah keluar room sdh di bersihkan dan handuk serta minum di kasih lagi 3 btl 600ml. AC sdh normal dan malah jd kedinginan. Kami menginap 4mlm dan karna pswt jam 11.00 kami cek out jam 7.00 pagi sekalian cari sarapan di bandara. Lokasi ada diarea ramai, sampai tengah malam. Mau cari makanan, pakaian, semua bisa di capai cukup jalan kaki.

This hotel was suggested after booking a flight into bkk. It looked well placed on the airport line, but unfortunately that isn’t the case and the walk from the station to the hotel is rather sketchy. The hotel room isn’t too bad. All the things you’d want are there. The location really let this down as it’s not a particularly safe feeling area, however there is a good market 2 minutes walk away for food and shopping.
