this hotel is a perfect location for those who wanna go to bangkok for shopping. its attached to December’s mall and situated next to Platinum Mall, opposite of Pratu Nam market and close to other shopping area.. for muslim to get halal food, you have to walk further down around 1.2km to find halal restaurant area. the halal food down at the hotel is a bit overpriced tho. the hotel is relatively old, but the room is good enough. my room is clean and huge. the bath tub is clean as well. for the breakfast selection, if i may suggest to the hotel, you can serve the “non-pork” section in 1 corner and not mixing it up with the “pork” dish — which is safer for those who dont eat pork. variety choices for breakfast. staff was helpful.

they charged extra bed for 1 people but no have bed. it’s make my family uncomfortable to sleep. the receptionist made a higher voice to explain about this. a bit rude!. please take an action

Our second time staying here. Very convenient and good location. However, there is no complimentary late checkout even though our flight delayed and only arrived at 10pm. Their late checkout per hour minimum charged 200baht. Interior abit old but bed is still good

酒店有一半是沒有裝修房間非常殘舊地毯骯臟，如果要訂一定要確定是翻新的房間。在永安網上客服的協助，我們第二天成功轉到翻新的房間 （最後3張照片） 也沒有太大的驚喜。

Quite an old hotel but very well maintained,too bad they did not fullfill my request..not coz of they dont want but coz the rooms I requested was full..but on the whole had a wonderful time and will surely return..thanks to all the staffs who was extra friendly and always has a warm smile👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

位置很好 在水門 樓下就是商場 夜市 餐廳 去四面佛 centrel world都很近 衞生：比較差 空調很舊 很大聲 設施都很舊 老式裝修 房間燈也不怎麼亮 廚房設施跟根本用不了 環境：周邊環境比較熱鬧 人多車多 7-11 按摩 餐廳 商場都在樓下 很方便 服務：沒什麼服務可言 酒店打掃很隨意 設施：比較舊 勝在方便 我住的最大的套房 陽台很大 空調機箱就在外面 比較吵 空調時冷時熱 酒店早餐還行
