Breakfast can be better with more varieties. Good food though. Staff can be better trained. I have some problems renting the kids floats. But, friendly staff. Its walkable to nearby shops and cafe. Do be careful at night cos the street is quite dark. Providing pool towel can be helpfull. Pls maintain furniture and facade cos we can see that its getting old n rusty. It will be worst in future if not maintain. Enjoy the peace n serenity. But the nearby club can be too loud at night till 2am. I saw a little snake below one of the villa. So just be careful. It is a nature place so its natural.

Hotel is nice and serving with good service. The food is nice. Location is good with surrounded by seafood restaurant and cafes.

Woda Villa is a great and chill villa in batam. The service there is great and they all are very polite and patience. Just the facilities there a bit limited, BUT nearby the villa has a lot of famous cafe and beach bar!! The villa also provide the free bicycle for you!

Waited long for the pick up to hotel but it is due to wrong information given to us. Location is near to malls by grab. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not too bad except for the houseflies.

The service at Woda Villa and Spa was awesome - they were very attentive and friendly. The signature villa is nice and spacious with a private swimming pool. Food at the restaurant is all delicious (i ate there for dinner two times consecutively), just that breakfast have limited variety. The massage there is also not so good. Other than that, I had an enjoyable 3days 2 nights stay! :)

This villa is a very good accommodation place if u want to get full relaxation and enjoy staying in without needing to go out for town or walk around the must visit temple. We really enjoy this short 永安 to fully realise all the stress at city life. There is a kitchen & bar in the middle of the villa, u can go there for food, cheer for beer and music, after going back to the big size smart tv in the room, take a swim at the mini pool inside the room. Morning u can also order floating breakfast to enjoy at the pool. The experience is close to u pay much more to Maldives.

Best location for couples. I was surprised to see the bathroom is so spacious. Definitely must book the private pool room 👍🏻 love the floating breakfast too. The couple wine massage was superb for 3hrs while waiting to check in. However, the only down side is during the night time it may get very noisy due to the near by bars happening over the weekend. Overall the vila was great, clean and private. Will definitely visit again. 💯

Good location with lots of restaurants nearby, just 10 minute taxi ride from Batam Center ferry terminal, excellent service and cleanliness, nice spa choices, On the minus side is, the surrounding music is very loud.

I think if better to improve the hygiene and cleanliness because there’s lizard inside the toilet. It’s very disappointed for me actually but the staff at the restaurant very nice and friendly.
