Truly great value for money, room is basic but available amenities were good (strong water pressure, consistent temperature, air conditioning cold enough, bed firm, pillow full and comfy) , a note is that room doesn’t have mini fridge nor hairdryer (the latter can be provided at time u require upon request)and property doesn’t have a gym nor swimming pool . service in hotel is prompt albeit only front desk being able to speak English but all staff were friendly, courteous & thoughtful, breakfast was decent for the room price. Location is fantastic as it’s just next to Nagoya hill mall. Very recommended for those who don’t intend to spend a lot / all day in the room/hotel.

Hotel location is great front desk is honest enough to return my phone when i left it in the lobby upon check out. BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN THEY DISCLOSE MY ROOM NUMBER TO ONE OF THE VISTOR. AND ALLOWED TO THE VISTOR TO GO UP WITHOUT INFORMING ME. HOTELS SHOULD TAKE PRIVACY VERY SERIOUSLY AND SHOULD NOT DISCLOSE THIS TYPE OF INFORMATION. ITS REALLY SEEM FRONT DESK ARENT PROPERLY TRAIN REGARDING HOTEL SOP

The safe lock is not working at all and they actually ask me if I want to use the key instead.Almost all the room which I notice the safe lock is the old type and they never replaced.
