The room is very dusty and got a musky smell, the tap water is yellowish with rusty iron smell, the hotel breakfast is horrendous. The hotel is very old and run down. And they charge for extra towel and pillows. Will definitely not come back again

Walkable distance to Nagoya hill was a plus point. Cleanliness need some serious improvement. The rooms were not well maintained. Some of the lights were not working. The bathroom looked dirty and the tub seemed rusty. The water heater wasn’t working properly.

Got a bit of inconvenience while trying to have my morning shower when there is a breakdown of water supply.The hotel staff should provide the guest with other alternative instead of replying sorry when there is no water.

Back here after a month and got to say it's a little disappointing that the buffet breakfast still not good enough for the price. Worst still is there's like no aircon in the hall and even the room's not working well.And there is mosquito in the room!Got to say if i ever book this hotel again it could be the last time ..

Is old aPartment not much variety, but place for relaxing good.. love this hotel got kitchen..this hotel shud upgrade sure got many guest will come..toilet alot no working..staff very friendly..bad is towel or any extra stuff have to paid ..

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, room cleanliness no doubt about it.. Room amenities kitchen appliences and fridge working conditing as for tv channel reception not too good. Hotel facilities as gym equipment was not working, hope it could be upgrade.

Service staff at around 12+pm was very helpful and informed us that 2 rooms are ready even though check in time is 2pm. Confirmed that all 4 rooms will be on the 6th floor after repeatedly checking with him. Brought our luggages to the room and found that they are both a bit musky smelling with old cutleries. Bathtubs trimmings were mouldy and one of the rooms smell of cigarettes though they are non-smoking rooms. Bearable state but could be better. Came back after lunch to check into the remaining 2 rooms and noticed one of the cards indicated 320. Questioned the counter staff on why was the room not on the same floor and received a curt response with no eye contact, that all 6th floor rooms have been booked a day earlier. Funny when my reservation was confirmed a week earlier. Too tired from the heat outside to argue. Room 320 although does not have a smell but the pillows, bedsheets and blankets did not smell like they have been washed when we turn in. Chucked the 2 bolsters aside. Started to itch shortly after a minute from tucking in but was both too tired and forced ourselves to sleep through the night. Overall the hotel on the front looks relatively cosy but corridors smell from old age, 6th floor rooms musky, bathroom rather irksome and room 320 beddings smell unwashed. Even though it is cheaper than some higher ends hotels, hygiene is the very basic and crucial in every service line. Disappointing and never again at Harmoni Suites Hotel.
