Service staffs from start to end is perfect! Premier room is very spacious, the down side the TV is so tiny u need to wear your glasses to watch while lying in your bed. Balcony is huge! But there isn’t any chair or table at all. End up u dun even wanna enjoy the balcony! Swimming pool was a sad thing! The only entrance to it must be through the restaurant and no proper information on where it is located! No fresh towels provided! Room service was ok but the food we ordered: nasi goreng- chicken wings & satay was dry and hard inedible! Mee goreng- chicken wing was dry and hard! Seems like it’s been heated up in a microwave and not fresh! Tom Yum Soup- more fish cakes than anything else and a small bowl! Buffet breakfast- total sadness! Not much variety and most ingredients/condiments are not fresh! Looks overnight’s! Totally wouldn’t recommend! Hotel was rated 4 stars, I’m giving 2.5 stars just for the service staffs!

Old hotel with simple reno to make pictures look nice. There was knocking on my windows at 3am which I ignored. Found out the next morning that my windows faces an abandoned haunted hotel which I heard from locals. Pool is inside the restaurant. Won’t be back.

Excellent location as it is just minutes away from the ferry terminal. Although an old building, the room is spacious and facilities are decent. The breakfast is decent too but take note there is no ironing board in the room.

We have booked for 3 rooms. Nearing to 1pm were at the Reption counter nearing to 1pm. We were told that only 2 rooms are avaible and have to wait for the other 1 room. We decided to leave our bags and proceeded to the nearby mall. At about 4.30 we proceeded back to the hotel hoping that all rooms are available. To our dismay, this time we were told only 1 room is available instead of 2 and have to wait for the other 2 rooms. We disputed on the matter. Few minutes later we were given 2 rooms and the balance 1 room will be issued soon. We went up and the 6 of us occupied the rooms until about 5 where all rooms were given.

Not bad, just the sound proofing is not good , the environment is good, and the decoration is good , the karaoke area is great

Decent hotel and well maintained despite it being old. Best thing about the stay was the nice lobby which was well air-conditioned. Gym was not really equipped and pool was not available so there were a lack of facilities. Housekeeping was good as they provided water when we asked them for it.

It's a old hotel. They need to upgrade their bathroom it's too old since Travelodge took over and there is no changes have been done yet. The changing room the sauna is not working and have a few lockers it's spoil. Hope the management can look into it.

Location was just a few stones away from the bustling town area which is delightful for me. Taking a Grab to town just cost me around SGD2. Even though the hotel seems to be a bit worn out but still comfortable for a short stay. I found a few strands of hair in my room upon checking in. Not a big issue but need to really improve on the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was great and staff were polite attentive and helpful.
