We spend 3 nights overall is good from Hotel front desk to housekeeping, bell boy and restaurant staff are polite and helpful. Except for the free breakfast buffet which doesn't suits me and my wife foods too salty and coffee is not hot enough, we had tried their other foods which pay by ourselves can consider good then we also walk to nearby Chinatown have our breakfast and coffee. And have Bintan Travel Guide to bring us around for sightseeing etc. The driver Edwin is very familiar with the routes and doesn't needs ud to crack our brains of what we want to eat etc. Automatically will drives us to have our lunch and dinner

Stayed for 1 night. Room aircond was not cold. Did not bother to feed back to reception as I returned to room in the wee hours. There was a mosque nearby with interval timing of prayer broadcast over loud speaker. Not a ideal hotel location for light sleeper. Will definitely skip this hotel for my next visit.
