Carger hp hilang semua 5 pcs Yakin bgt carger nya ketinggalan diatas kasur lupa dimasuin ke tas Kita jg gak ada bongkar2 barang2 sebelum pindah hotel. Sampai hotel baru, barulah bongkar2 tp gak ada carger sama sekali satupun. Bahkan sudah bongkar2 isi mobil juga gak ada cargernya Saya yakin g sempat masuin ke tas Dan sangat2 yakin ketinggalan di Hotel. Kalau memang kececer sama sy, pasti ada salah 1nya di tas. Ini gak ada sama sekali satupun. Krn sy belum sempat masuin ke dalam tas. Jd wlw pun ini hanyalah sebuah carger, barang ini penting. Cas mac, ip 2, vivo 1 Ih bener2 kesel dan kecewa deh pokoknya. Udh biasa nginap sini baru x ini ngalamin bgini

Concierge staff on duty during check in was unfriendly, unapproachable, and lack of knowledge with hotel policy. Even though we raised our concern, she never felt guilty and just pretended that was not her problem at all. The environment is really elegant in style but the lack of maintenance. Cleanliness of the hotel room was the main concern for guests.Overall, we still give them 3/5. Staff working attitude issue, really unfair to reduce points for a good hotel.

Very nice, clean and good hotel. I always stay in this hotel, if i trwvel to Tanjjungpinang and stay for a few days. A very convenient location.

Hotel service is good. Good food. Staff are polite. Room cleanliness is bad. Dusty floor. Spider cob on room ceiling. Smelly towel. The towels were worn out.

Quite far away from the main city to eat. But the hotel rate is good for the room itself. Quite an old hotel, generally clean. Breakfast was normal,not much variety.

Service staff is polite and friendly. But hotel is not what it used to be. Popped floor tiles, cracks in ceilings, stained amenities in the room, mini fridge not working etc. Breakfast is also disappointing. Limited selection and food isn't very tasty. Used to be our go to hotel whenever we are in tanjung pinang. Maybe it's time to look elsewhere.

Hotel is quite big and spacious with a large lobby area. Rooms clean and good with amenities provided. Breakfast is good but still do better choices. Location not so strategic but ok if you have transportation to go around and it quite far from ferry terminal. Overall Hotel is value for money.👍
