Terrible service, on the system provided single room when we arrived there gave us two twin rooms finally my friend must pay more to get King size for her bed, bad service. not recommended.

Rather grim seaside hotel. The staff look depressed and the rooms are filthy. There was a whole in the ceiling of the door to my room with dripping water. I got lost existing the hotel and was verbally abused by a member of staff. This hotel also smells guide strongly of cigarette smoke and ********.

Although the room was clean, there was no soap and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. The heating was not enough, we felt cold at night. And there was no free wifi in the room and £7 per hour if we want it. The staff told me free wifi available at sitting area ground floor but connection was very poor.

Обслуживание ноомальное. Удивило то, что за хранение сумки нужно платить 4 фунта, я впервые в жизни заплатила за хранение сумки. Бар с утра не работал и у меня нет опыта еды в данном отеле. В номере чисто, рецепция прилично, коридоры были не особо ухожены. В номере есть все необходимое. Вид из окна не радовал, но для одной ночи нормально и было тихо. Есть маленький бассейн, все чисто. Расположение мне очень понравилось потому что много сосен вокруг и рядом море и вдали от городской суеты. Не идеально, но вполне приемлемо . Персонал помогал решить все вопросы.

I needed a cheap place to stay the night so I wasn’t expecting 5* quality. The rooms are very dated and smell bad. The bed was clean. The bathroom was not that clean. The soap dispenser let out brown liquid which was quite gross. You are given hand soap so I used that which wasn’t ideal. There are no usb ports for charging- only plugs. The tv and remote were covered in dust which triggered my asthma. I wouldn’t visit again.

Excellent location…close to the beach, 10-15min walk from train station and 5-10 min walk to get to food shops. Room we had was excellent value for money, paid for a standard double and got a family room! Staff friendly and reasonably helpful, we asked for a couple of cereal bowls and spoons to take up with us one evening but only went away with one bowl and no spoons lol…no explanation why!! Overall is best cheap hotel we’ve stayed at in Bournemouth .
