I lost a towel from this hotel that meant a lot to me, given to me by my grandmother when I was a child. Due to my negligence, I left it on the bed when I checked out. Although we told the management on the afternoon of the day we checked out, they agreed to look for us. But I don't think they got a response from the cleaning company. All in all, I felt very frustrated after waiting for half a month. This is the great regret of our 永安. Guests are also reminded to bring their belongings when checking out. Finally, I would like to say that the refrigerator of this room type operates loudly, which will disturb the rest at night.

非常棒的服務而且接待的主人非常熱情善良 附近的交通還算方便，不遠處有公車站，離超市也很近，坐車去city大約20幾分鐘 雖然房間整體不算太新，但很乾淨適合短暫停留

The perfect place whilst my friend was an in-pt at the PA hospital. Come out of the hospital after 8pm pick up some dinner at one of the many food venues Being a single woman felt very safe with the short walk home. By the way the bed was very comfy and I had beautiful yiews of Brisbne city
