The location was convenient and the room was large. The hotel definitely not clean. Elements of Victorian type danger in the room as evidenced in the picture.

房間有些陳舊，但還算乾淨。位置不錯，靠着一個大教堂，離皇后廣場不遠，那裡有家芳滿庭的中餐館，老闆温州人，人很好，菜味道不錯，分量也可以。

The overall environment is okay, but the day we arrived in Bristol was very hot, the air conditioner in the room was broken, the reception said that there was a problem with the system that day, the air conditioner in the whole building was like this (although the front lobby was very cool) and there were no vacancies swap. The windows of the room were sealed and the whole room was stuffy and hot. We reported this to the staff three times and no one offered any resolution or compensation. It wasn't until I knew my friend's double room had a fan that I asked the staff if they could provide us with a fan, only to be told that the quadruple room could share a fan. The quilt was thick and the room was very hot. I slept all night covered with a towel! So we had a very bad night. This is not at all what this hotel should be. I will not book to stay at this hotel in the future.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, great helpful staff, a clean and spacious room, comfortable, with great services in the hotel. Great location, when I'm next back to Bristol it will be the obvious choice!

Room had mould around the windows no smart tv dirty towel on the back of the door. Very dark feel, outdated and not inviting at all.

This is not a 4* Hotel, maybe it was 30y ago. The AC is like a 1940' taking off plane. Hazard issue (you should not be allowed to rest in such conditions and be refunded) - black mould on all windows frames, moisture on windows, no windows to open. Small room. Outdated room furniture, room facilities and carpet. Outdated room paint, doors and lights. Outdated shower with rusted screws, missing silicon, mould and rust stains on silicon. Dust everywhere with oily hinges. The room not on the breakfast including list which creates more frustration. Small dining area with no ventilation so expect your clothes to smell of food if you spend more then 10min eating. Small drink glass for multiple 永安s. Per total not advisable to stay there and better go somewhere else. Refund should be compensatory for such conditions.
