職員服務親切（包括餐廳及前台職員) , 房間尚算清潔。房間裝修，升降機，樓層大堂整體十分殘舊，廁所燈壞了，浴缸塞了，浴缸邊漏水（膠水老化及周邊嚴重發黴），冷氣機裝在睡床上面，當冷氣恆温時，不時會發出很大的機器聲音，一晚會嘈醒多次。整體感覺非常一搬。

早晨好吃，坐住也很寬敞。酒店房間很整齊及清潔，燈光也得充足。最驚喜的是，要求多一張被子，致電服務台後，職員10分鐘內送到，真的很有效率。

Room very dusty, musky smell, extensive thick layer of dust on bed head, food particles on floor and room overall did not appear to have been cleaned with any attention. Customer service appeared to have resigned to accepting status quo, telling us that was the standard in the hotel though offered another room that had its own issues with loud air conditioning fan as if a helicopter propeller.

Enjoyed my overnight stay. Choose the hotel be sure if it’s close proximity to Bristol Parkway station. Accommodation was great, the staff were really helpful and my only gripe is that the food served at breakfast was dry. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service for customers! Love the quiet room and delicious breakfast! We will certainly choose it again! The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, the parking lot is large, and the booking service requirements are met.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who has to go to UWE time & again & this place also is very hygienic & cab friendly. There’s also a bus stop nearby. The retail park is a walk away & has a lot of necessary stuff available.

Breakfast wasn't suitable for diabetic or vegetarian, I didn't mind paying extra for a decent breakfast Like hash brown. The room was nice n clean and had a good night sleep
