We were shocked to find broken glasses and unclean room in the morning. A very sub par service for a hotel whose main service is to provide a clean and safe resting place.

Bonne situation géographique en plein centre de brugges parking un peu cher 30e par nuit ..nous avions réservé 2 nuits .1ere nuit nous n avons pas beaucoup dormi.. car la chambre était située à côté des ascenseurs et la fenêtre donnait sur une cour avec 7 pompes à chaleur qui faisaient un bruit énorme.. nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ..le personnel a vite répondu à notre attente.. nous avons mieux dormi mais il est à noté que de grands cheveux noirs jonché le sol .. la cuvette des toilettes pas très bien nettoyée et mur tout taché..et il fait une chaleur dans les couloirs et les chambres ..seuls points positifs le petit déjeuner salle propre ..et très copieux .. et l amabilité du personnel pour un hôtel qui se dit haut de gamme c est une déception

Die Bar war leider nicht geöffnet. Schön wäre auch die Information gewesen, dass man am 1.10. auch für den Tag gesperrte Straßen nutzen kann, das hätte uns 50 Minuten mehr Zeit in Brügge gebracht.

Really central and convenient location yet we still found it generally quiet and peaceful. The Belfort bells first rang (I think) from 8am in the morn and we did hear those. But they add to the atmosphere. Very tidy and clean room/bathroom. Quite small hanging space and shelves, no drawers. Fine for a few days stay. Altogether compact but feels very modern and had everything we needed. Impressed for the price and had a lovely stay! Luggage storage a useful feature as well behind reception, but bags are not tagged so it's self service/at your own risk.

Martin's Brugge ist vom Bahnhof fußläufig innerhalb von 20 min. erreichbar und liegt direkt in der Altstadt, unmittelbar bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten: Direkt gegenüber des Hoteleingangs befindet sich der Toreingang zum Belfried (solange die Türen des Belfried-Gebäudes offen sind, kann hier durchgegangen werden und man kommt direkt auf den Markt), der berühmte . Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht; Wasserkocher ist leider nicht vorhanden.Das Frühstück kostet 20€/Person (nicht 40€ wie teilweise angegeben). Etwas günstiger zu Abendessen kann man bei "Arthies" um die Ecke - deren Außenterasse ist vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Auf Anfrage konnte das Gepäck zur Aufbewahrung bis Abfahrt in einem Raum hinter der Rezeption gelagert werden. So ließ sich auch der Abfahrtstag unbeschwert genießen.

飯店環境好，交通也方便，距離車站車程大約10分鐘，從車站有公車可以到；但櫃枱服務人員態度不佳，我給了護照check in，一開始他找不到我們的訂房資料(和護照名字相同)，所以請同事來幫忙，同事來了之後就可以了，他卻說是因為我們給錯名字，但明明就是與護照一致的，感覺態度不好。
