本來定了另一家，但晚上到的晚聯繫不到房東，臨時定了這家，還好改了，這家離碼頭步行大概15分鐘，周圍環境很好，房間很大，前台有很好

一般我住酒店，特別好或者不好的會評價。這家就是作為一個旅遊達人，住到現在最不好的酒店，希望後面的人不要上當。可以説這是凱恩斯高檔酒店最差的一家了，因為要到凱恩斯旅遊，所以在國內定的房間，到了之後在前台看見這種慘敗破舊的類似農家樂酒店，內心已經是非常的後悔，真的不想入住，無奈不能退，衹能硬着頭皮入住。房間完全沒有窗戶，採光靠近過道的一面位置是玻璃牆，玻璃上面木質百葉簾，過道經常會有人走動，隔着玻璃牆，我們衹能關上百葉簾，否則小小的房間一覽無餘，晚上雖然關着百葉簾，但是不密封，過道晚上整晚開着燈，燈光透過百葉簾，整晚無法安睡。裝修好老，毛巾黑黑的又硬，房間被子潮濕。房間不能放食物，一會兒蟲子就會爬滿在食物上。3層的小樓，前台到1樓的房間有半層樓梯，沒有電梯，行李箱完全要靠自己拿上去。房間水龍頭壞的，電插頭也是壞的，冰箱裏麪都是水。

ラマダの問題ではなく、永安さんに、要望です。飛行機のストの影響で、たかいVirginオーストラリアのチケット買い。ラマダホテルの予約を、変更したのに、一日減らした分は、永安さんと話してとのことです。

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first was a much better experience. It seems it all depends on the room. This time we got room 101, on the corner of the building and next to the entrance gate and more importantly, next to a street intersection. It was quite noisy all night as trucks and busses accelerate from the intersection. I asked the desk clerk when we checked in if we could have a different room and he refused, even though other rooms were available. I couldn't quite figure out his reasoning. Anyway, this room also sufferers from a very weak air conditioner and is a little smaller than the last room we got (room 119). Basically, the hotel is fine, but your experience may differ based on the specific room.

I'm sorry to have to review the resort like this, but we were very disappointed. We thought because of the name it would have been a great place to stay. But sadly it was NOT! The room was dusty, my husband and son had reactions from it and none of us slept that night. There was a cockroach half dead on the bath room floor, the lounge room light flickered and we couldn't use it. The bathroom was showing it's age and wasn't what I would see in any bathroom. Tiles coming away, gapes in the tiling. We called for room service and the reception told us the Restaurant phone wasn't working and they couldn't transfer me. So I asked them to take my order and they told me no and wouldn't be able to give the order to the restaurant because they are not affiliated with them! What the???? The surrounding areas of the building were unkept and felt undown. We will not be staying there again!
