Hi im just disappointed because I requested high floor but what i get is lower floor with very noisy surroundings!! We couldn't sleep well in the night because the bed blankets are too smelly and couldn't sleep and also the towel its not in good condition very smelly🙄 we pay much enough to stay but no channel but it say astro channel just have channel 123 and what if indian or Chinese people stay ??? Seriously I really hate this two days staying at here but i love the places !!!

In 14 May 22 , i go to check in counter collect key and car park . The services desk want collect the deposit to me and cleaning fee . i was say before i booking in the website all is fully paid. how come need to pay deposit & cleaning fee? services desk say system show not pay. you must pay , if not can't enter to apartment and cancel booking. I try to call 永安 services desk , call viki say all is pay. When pass the phone to the argent there , them talk talk until line cut off , than ask me call again , another services desk take call say me anything also no pay. So what is the kind of services? No choice i have to pay to enter in apartment . When enter in the apartment. many equment can't use no wifi , no fan , no hot water.... and toilet not clean .. Shower point also spoil .
