I love this backpackers and have stayed there on multiple occasions now. The staff have always been absolute gems and make you feel comfortable from the moment you step inside. I had an issued with the 永安 app and had to book a three days stay as three individual nights. The receptionist noticed this before I came and upgraded my room to ensure I was in the same room for all three nights. Personal touches make the biggest difference
