Base at cardiff but friends visit me for their holiday. Everything is great, easy to go to the city centre. Staff are nice even after midnight. Can't imagine that I will leave cardiff later ...

We had an amazing experience here. We got our rooms upgraded for free and the room was too good with the view. Loved spending time at the pool and sauna. Surely recommended

Installtions are dated. The first room they gave us didn’t have air conditioning, they changed it for another one with a disabled toilet that wasn’t very easy to use, one of the bathroom lights was hanging loose from the ceiling. Staff were helpful
