Location of the hotel is right next to the train station. Plentiful of eatries and bars all within 5 to 10 mins walk of each other.

When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and when I entered my room the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. I then went to the reception to tell them and was told that they would send someone up. I waited in 30 minutes for someone to clean my room and d when the lady on the reception said my room is all clean I went y up and she only changed the bed… I went back to the reception and told the lady and she said my I’ll Se d someone up again to have a look …the cleaner came she informed me that they are a cleaner down. I understand that it is a busy hotel and you are short staffed but when I pay for a clean room and walk into a room where there were **********s on the bed and facial hair all over the toilet sink it is not acceptable. My 永安 in Cardiff I lost atleast 2 hours of just trying to get into a clean room. It was a bad start to a 永安 I was looking so forward to.
