位置離火車站步行十幾分鍾，房間非常小，早餐一人8鎊5,房間內居然沒有吹風機，不過房價真的好低，所以性價比還是很高的。

Room was ok. But wifi was not working. Even after complaining they didn't made it right. Room space & washroom is very small. Also we need to buy coffee separately. Overall it was an ok stay

The room we stayed in had a broken room light, headboard lights and the card reader entry system was very difficult accepting entry - basically it was hit and miss if it let you in. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly, and the continental breakfast was good value. Also well located to get to the City Centre by foot.

Cracking low budget hotel, with very good front desk service. Room was good and very clean, for the one night stay in Cardiff. Breakfast was also good for travellers on a small budget as well. Very happy to use again in the near future.

Room was fine, bed comfortable, wifi worked well. The food seems to be less good than previously. No marmalade! Brown bread of poor quality. Enjoyed the pancake machine though! Staff very helpful and pleasant, and I liked the luggage room service- that was very useful. I will probably stay there again- it's good value for the price asked and is in a central location. Thank you

Quite convenient. Reception staff is helpful. Unlimited tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the lobby. Can buy takeout and have dinner there. Nice!
