部屋は清潔でしたが、エアコンの作動音が大きかったです。寢る時に音を気にされる方は、寢れないかもしれません。私は気にしない方ですので、寢れました。

Service was okay. Nice front desk, door staff, and room service staff. But they don’t give you free water on the day of check-out. They only give you 2 500ml bottles at a time, so you can either keep asking or buy some at the PureGold grocery store behind the hotel. As others have said, the hotel’s a bit old and not the cleanest. My bathroom faucets had mildew on them. There was hair on the bedroom floor. Even the mugs for complimentary coffee didn’t always looked thoroughly washed. I would say this is a mid-range hotel. Like a 3-star, and you get what you pay for in a third world country. So it’s doable for the cheap price. Location was great - close Grab ride from airport. UCC cafe across the street - I think, Japanese owned chain? For some reason this location and the one Streetscape plaza did not have any matcha drinks available though. If you’re craving that, go to Brew101 cafe + bar instead and get dirty matcha and the labtingaw breakfast! Did not try room service bc the directory was wrong. Just dial 1 and it will call front desk and they can transfer you to room service. AC and wifi work. AC’s loud but I got used to it. No shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. Lots of tourists and business travellers stay here it seems. Never really saw anyone eat at the resto, but sometimes folks were at the bar

大人二人、子供二人で利用しました 設備は水回りの汚れがあるが、問題なく使用することができる 部屋に冷蔵庫があるのは良かった シャワーの水量、温度ともに良い(セブでは貴重) 朝食味は良い あまりに高級志向の人でなければ満足できるレベルだと思う

Average place to stay. Courteous service except when I was confirmed by one agent the nite before that it was okay for hotel to hold my luggage for a week till i return and the following morning another agent refused to honor hotel commitment. Room is decent, shower is small and not too clean.. Location is good, 25 mins to Ayala. Hotel will not match rates.

이 호텔은 정말 최악입니다. 절대 이 호텔를 이용하지마세요. 직원들은 실수를 해도 사과하지 않습니다. 그리고 객실은 너무 오래되서 냄새가 나고 에어컨은 밤새도록 시끄럽습니다. 그거보다 더 최악인건 밖에서 들리는 시끄러운 음악소리와 차량들의 소음입니다. 나는 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만 직원들은 귀찮아합니다. 그리고 다른방이 없으니 그냥 자라고 합니다. 그래서 나는 밤새도록 잠을 잘수 없었습니다. 이 호텔이 500p에 금액이라고해도 나는 두번 다시 오지 않을껍니다. 내 인생에 최악에 호텔입니다. 절대로 이곳에 오지 마세요.

This is an old hotel best for just 1 or 2 nights. If breakfast was not included in ur booking, it will be very expensive if u want to avail it. It costs P630 and buffet choices were limited. Go get ur bfast someplace else.
