Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm. Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful. Well worth the money to stay there.

房間很大，十分乾淨 設施不錯有暖水游泳池，桌球枱，電子遊戲機 餐廳晚餐很多人，服務比較慢，但味道不錯 駕車十分鐘便到附近上雪山的小鎮Chamonix mont blanc

Hôtel satisfaisant cependant ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles (pas de crème hydratante ni d’après shampoing dans les chambres, …). Il manque quelques services pour en faire un 4 étoiles, notamment l’attention aux détails. Déco très sympa et espace lobby convivial et adapté aux enfants.

ここはモーテルでした。駅から歩いて汗だくになり到着、メールでシャトルバス送迎について問い合わせをしたのに返事がなかった件を抗議すると、トリップドットコム掲載のメールアドレスでは繋がらず、ここのホームページのメールアドレスでは送信はできたものの、メールアドレスが違うとレセプションの人に言われガックリ。シャトルバス送迎について質問すると無料パスと公共交通機関のバスを教えてくれた。つまり無料のシャトルバス送迎はなかった。ドリップドットコム掲載情報が間違っていた。更にこのホテルのホームページ掲載のメールアドレスも間違っていた?または、內容を確認されていなかった。ここは歩いて來るところでは無い。特にグーグルマップでは。

Lovely modern hotel, clean spacious rooms and breakfast was great. Pool and jacuzzi cold. Sauna had been removed from site and gym was pretty pathetic. The staff were friendly and it was a very warm and welcoming hotel. Location was a bit far out from the centre with no restaurants nearby. Buses were about a 10 minute walk and every 20 minutes.

très belle réception conviviale et fonctionnelle avec un beau salon de détente, cheminée, bar et accès à la salle de restauration , salle de jeux, hotel calme et convivial , très belle piscine bien chauffée avec un petit bain a remous et une petite salle de sport , malheureusement pas de SPA; cependant sur votre site il y est cité en équipements++ mettez a jour votre fiche s'il vous plait ce fut une déception pour nous à l'arrivée surtout que ça faisait partie de mes critères de recherche

My experience was good, the rooms are very blue dark , and waiters not organise, the rest was fine. Sitting area was very cosy.
