Can’t fault the location. Right in front of a tram stop, few minutes away from supermarket. Room is dated but has everything we needed.

Arrived after midnight and was transferred to arrow on Swanston. Great service, great hotel and was very happy with our stay. We got a king sized bed!! Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Arrow on Spencer. Great location with trams and railway station at our door, plus excellent Vietnamese restaurant close by. Our checkin was efficient and friendly. Our room 710 was spotlessly clean, newly renovated and spacious enough for 3 people for a short stay. We will definitely rebook Arriw because of location, and
