Great hotel for doggy friendly, staff amazing and their hospitality was excellent. Very dated rooms it needs a renovation but nonetheless they keep the rooms clean and tidy.

We booked the Terra cabins for our stay and it was superb as was new, nicely designed with bunk beds and felt very outdoor-sy. It was a bit hot in September weather but I think coming here in winter seasons will be very nice for the cabins. We had breakfast and lunch at the Gazebo as well - food and service were ok. Pool was adequately big enough and deep enough (2m at one end). We paid a summer promo price deal which was very reasonable so that was great value for money. Highly recommended especially during winter season.

We didnt get to the hotel as our car broke down on Sat 23 Sept on the way there and now 永安 are refusing to give us our money back even tho the hotel have authorised it. Disgusting despicable behaviour. Therefore the poor rating is for 永安 not the hotel

前台服務一般，13歲的小朋友還非要我們加床，不過環境是非常棒的，泳池也很不錯，作為哈塔小鎮結束後的休息酒店還是不錯的
