THIS HOTEL IS SHUTDOWN!!!! DO NOT BOOK!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH TRIP.COM!!!!! The first time I used this hotel it was great with no issues…the next time I booked through 永安 and received confirmation 2 days before my stay….when I arrived at the reception door of the apartments for my stay it was shut down. I have fought tooth and nail to get my money back. And was told eventually “we will give you your money but we have lost your moment so we have to take it out of our own money” NOT MY PROBLEM…you as a company fraudulently sold me hotel that was not open….永安 were told by dream apartments well in advance that they were shutting and still continue to sell rooms on this!

DO NOT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS!!! I turned up to this hotel last night at 5pm after being sent a reminder of my stay on Wednesday…when I arrived the building was in darkness and a Belfast number on the door to call…I called said number and was told that the Dundee apartments had been closed down over a month ago. I was not made aware of this and was not left with nowhere to stay…I am currently fighting to get my money back and 永安 are refusing to pay me a refund as they cannot get through to the Dundee branch of dream apartments despite being told several times they will get no answer due to it being shut down and being given the Belfast number i had to contact. I’m still waiting for them to believe me that it is shut down with no staff available.

WOW What a place 😍 . Absolutely Amazing 👍 5+ Star 🌟 Review for everything. Very posh the Perfect Appartments you want to stay in if You are visiting Dundee. Hotel /reception staff Alex and Julia I would have to give 10 stars 🌟. They are very polite, well mannered and very accommodating. They will assist you and help you in anything you need to know or do. And go above and beyond to help anyone or Any situation that you have or arises. I have never been to a hotel or accommodation with such polite staff and would highly recommend anyone to stay at Dream Appartments. The Appartment rooms are really big and very clean and well set up 10 stars 🌟 for the cleaning staff as well. I was so delighted with my Appartments which made my stay even more exciting and enjoyable 😊. I have zero complaints about Dream appartments and would recommend Dreams as a first option as the best Appartments in Dundee. Oh and there is a TV in ever room so no fighting over the controls, Cook your own meals at your own leasure and eat when you want. A lidl store is directly across the road and a Tesco express about 100 yards round the corner so plenty of options with kebab/Pizza shops as well and a bar that does meals straight across the road. Very reasonable priced for appartments that you won't turn down once you experience the appartments and the most friendly accommodating Staff you could get. It's child Frendly as well, as my 9 year old was so amazed he thought he was in another world because the whole place is so beautifu and so clean to the highest of standard's 😊. Oh, and they have a Lovely gesture of a full sweet jar at reception with various different sweets for all ages. And 5% off your second Booking. I would Like to Thank Alex and Julia very much for their excellent service and the cleaners who work there for the crisp clean bedding and Fresh towels daily and for everything being such a high standard.
