A horrible experience to check in this shared 2 bedrooms apartment. No one there and No instruction provided through email or massages to let you know how to access the keys before your arriving. Tried few times call the phone number on booking confirmation voucher, but it was wrong!!! It was frustrated after spending more than one hour trying to contact the owner. Finally I contacted 永安 with the help from the receptionist of the hotel in the same building, I get the keys to enter the room. Very disappointed for the apartment management.

guess it’s more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. We made a last minute decision to book this hotel and not many choices left. Room was well appropriated just that the floor felt a bit dusty upon entering the room. There was also some litters along the corridor. So far it has been a pleasant stay so far with nice beds. The gym was pretty small and no one was using it when we visited.Parking was ample within the building. Pretty acceptable and in view of the price, may stay again.

Appartment 3 bilik. 1 bilik guest. 2 lagi bilik sewa yg lain. Not privacy in the apprtment. Just a room. Kebersihan 3/5 -kipas berhabuk -air panas tak berfungsi -bila bagitahu tak ambil maklum
