I Love this hotel. The receptionist Julie really made our 永安 very special. She found d out immediately were celebrating and made everything super special for us. She is an asset to the business for sure! Room was clean enough and tidy. But what a view! Staff in the red sky bar were a little lethargic and nowhere near as attentive.

Just stayed the one night, as attending a concert at the hydro, hotel was great, room was lovely and clean , comfortable nights sleep. Definitely be back

We have been to alot hotels and the radison red was up there with the best of them the staff were really friendly the total hotel including the room was spotless.what a will say fridge in the room could have had done with a bottle or 2 of water apart from that can't complain
