離火車站很近，離地鐵口也很近，晚上回有點吵，酒店特別大，但房間是非常小，設施齊全。樓下吧枱可以看球賽，還可以充電，很方便。

Ich verbrachte eine Nacht im a&o Hostel Hamburg Hauptbahnhof und war leider enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Bei meiner Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer, das ich mit sechs Betten erwartet hatte, bereits von jemand anderem belegt war. Das Zimmer war stark von Rauch und Alkohol durchzogen, was meine Nachtruhe erheblich beeinträchtigte.Die Gäste im Zimmer verhielten sich laut, spielten die ganze Nacht Musik und ließen morgens das Licht an, was zu einer unruhigen Atmosphäre führte. Trotz meiner Beschwerde beim Personal wurde das Problem nicht angemessen gelöst. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Personal genauer darauf achten würde, welche Gäste gemeinsame Zimmer teilen, um solche Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden.Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung enttäuschend, und ich werde das a&o Hostel Hamburg Hauptbahnhof nicht erneut wählen. Ich hoffe, dass meine Rückmeldung dazu beitragen kann, Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.

Stayed here for Valentine's Day and had a really nice stay. Our private room had a really nice view over the rail tracks where you could look out and enjoy the trains going by. Only complaint is that it gets pretty loud early in the morning. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend this hostel/hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg. The location in particular is amazing, we were at most 25 minutes away from any of Hamburg's main sights. Will be staying A&O again in the future, for sure.

Location superb. A short bus ride or 10 mins walk to the main station. Check in slow. The front desk saw a line but acted that they were going to take their own pace anyway. Room wasn't very soundproofing. I stayed a single room and can hear neighbors talking. But no noise at night. In general a decent stay.
