漢堡創造者酒店 (Generator Hamburg)

Konumu mükemmel. Ucuz olsun diye mecburen 8 kişilik odayı tercih ediyoruz. Odalar temiz ama çok kalabalık. 8 yerine 4 kişilik odalar olmalıydı. Bu sebeple tuvalet ve duş daracık. Elimizi yıkarken bile baya efor sarfetmemiz gerekiyor. Yemek yapacak herhangi bir yer yok, dışardan yemeniz gerekiyor. Odalarda masa bile yok.

為了趕一大早的火車找了這家住宿，地點非常好，服務態度佳，門禁森嚴保障了客人的安全。缺點是衞生間太過於迷你。

One of my worst experience when going for a 永安, I booked for a room that was okay except for the shower that felt like going back to french universities student rooms (old, small, and reparation with black Tesa). I put two stars on the service but not because of the workers that were very helpful but because of the situation of this place. To be honest the really bad and worst experience comes from people "living" here. First night was hell, many kids (＞7) are left by themselves by their parents running and screaming in the corridors, hammering doors like crazy at 22:00-23:00, playing in the elevators,... We had to call for the security to make them stop as it was impossible to actually sleep (I was doing a business 永安 and needed some sleep, one of the reason I took a single room). These kids are hell, and degrade so much the image of the hotel. They are not tourists, to my feeling they were actually living in the hotel (1st-2nd floor). IF YOU ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR ASK FOR A CHANGE !!!!!!!!! they live in 3 different rooms and are running around the corridors from 8:00 to 23:00 and maybe even 00:00. The second night was the same, Hell, they are poorly educated and doesn't care about the hostel rules and regulations. Thankfully we asked to change for another room at the entrance. We were moved to the 7th floor, no more kids, quiet, the only night we were actually able to sleep properly without being stressed-out. **** The place is nice, if these kids were not here it could be a great place for short stay in Hamburg. Location is great, close to the Hbf, but the nearby streets are not the most welcoming ones. I've been told by people living in Hamburg that around the Hbf is actually the worst place to stay. We did not try the Breakfast, they have a 24/24(?) coffee, great cappuccino by the way. I really hope for you that these kids are not here anymore, otherwise one of my biggest advice DO NOT STAY AT THE SECOND FLOOR or near the elevator; they will ruin your stay. I feel sorry for the people working here, they were very helpful, great service and listening to my complains; they are really the ones keeping this place up.

乾淨衞生,交通方便

酒店就在漢堡車站對面，特別方便。衞生不錯，就是洗手間和浴室有點小，其他都不錯，尤其是居然有風筒在房間，和哥本哈根的對比太友好了。

前台非常友好地讓我免費洗衣乾衣了 就是火車站附近感覺不太安全... 朋友走後 天黑前趕緊回到了酒店🤣 我也就睡一晚就搭火車走人了 所以還好 位置還是很方便的

電梯很慢很慢，衞生ok。

服務不錯，便宜實惠，適合揹包客出遊

好找，一樓是酒吧和餐廳，有點熱鬧！ 其他很滿意！離漢堡主火車站很近！ 不錯

就在火車站對面，一出即是，十分方便。衞浴一體很方便，就是有點窄小。周邊配套還可，絕對是乘搭火車人士的休息地點。
