Thank you for a simple but wonderful stay before I made my way to Sa Pa for the 10th anniversary VMM.

I had to change hotels on the 2nd day, I was ill on the first night I stayed there and there not much to do in the hotel, location was set in middle of hanoi old quarter where it was very dirty. I didn't rate this place at all made me feel spacial with a window in my room lol. It was very sad I had to stay there and catch a fever, hygiene was not all there. 😪😔🤒

Room is clean & the staff is friendly and helpful. BUT mattress is too hard...

The staff were very friendly. Anna in particular helped me call the bus service to Sapa and managed to get me to a nearer pickup, saving me some money. Thank you Anna ❤️.

찾기힘들었어요 주소가잘못표기되어서 정확하지않았어요 자다 옆에모르는 사람이들어와 자고있어 깜짝놀랬어요 문이않잠궈져있어서 취객이들어왔습니다 밑에서 cctv를 관찰않한듯합니다. 정말놀랬습니다
