先説好的地方： 1酒店位置在老城區裏，到景點都很方便，周邊吃的也很多 2服務人員非常熱情 不是很好的地方： 1房間特別小 2衞生情況不好，有很多小蟲 3房間有黴味兒

Book 3 “ Superior Double Room “ thru 永安.Booking even stated it come with a Queen bed. Upon checking in hotel staff mentioned that this room the bed frame is queen size but the mattress is not queen size!Mattress is smaller like a super single!This is the first time i ever heard of this.And hotel staff pushed us to top up VND150000 per room to change to another room which has a bigger “ mattress “ Honestly its not the money but really what the hell is this? Queen size bed but with a super single mattress??? What kind stupid reason is this? Definitely would not recommend and not be staying here again.

Great little hotel in the middle of Old Quarter. Staffs are handy and everything you need is there. It's in the middle of old quarter. Easy to go places and safe traveling time by renting a motor bike.

GREAT Location, right in central of Hanoi Old quarter. Nice and clean room, love the decoration, So FRIENDLY and Helpful staff. Amazing Linda. Delicious alacarte breakfast.

Die Lage des kleinen, aber netten Hotels ist perfekt für die Erkundung der Altstadt. Auch die Zitadelle, der Tempel der Literatur, das HCM-Mausoleum und der Westsee sind gut erreichbar. Preis-/Leistung ist gut. Die Zimmer sind im antiken Stil eingerichtet. Ein Bett und der Ottomane weniger würden das Zimmer für mich wohnlicher machen. Das Frühstück war a la cart und gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel's location was really good and the room, although small, was enough for two people. The service was very kind and helpful, we got there very late and they helped us with the check in with no problems.

立地はハノイ観光にもってこいの場所で、徒歩數分で夜になると露店がたくさん出ているところまで出れます。今回の部屋は最上階にある部屋でしたが、エレベーターは最上階の１つ下の階まででしたので、１階分は階段で上がる必要があります。 少々設備が古い感が否めませんが、のんびりとホテルステイをしたい方以外には必要十分だと思います。 ホテルは8階までありますが、部屋數は少ないため他の客とあまり會わずに靜かに過ごせました。反面、従業員の方も少なく早朝などに外に出ようとしても鍵がかかっていたりするので、予め予定などを伝えておく必要があると思います。対応は丁寧なので問題ありません。 朝食付きプランでは、朝食は少し離れた姉妹ホテルで食べることになりますが、そちらのホテルの方があまり熟れていない感じで、なかなか伝わらずに都度料金を請求されかけました。食事する顧客のリスト自體は姉妹ホテルに印刷されていたので、そのホテルの受付の方個人の問題かもしれません。 多少の行き違いはありましたが、コスパ的には申し分ないと思います。

Location is good from most of the places. But other than that, there’s nothing good about the hotel. You come out from the entrance with most stress moments because of the traffic. The manager says give us a ‘free upgrade’ to a deluxe room for one night, but want us to change to the original superior room for the next two nights which we rejected as its giving us inconvenient. We don’t need the ‘free upgrade’. He wanted us to help him because he don’t have enough room to what we booked. But sound as if he giving us a good deal which is actually not. Not so good experience the moment we checked in.

Stanza pulita e confortevole, ubicazione perfetta. Unica pecca la,colazione, che non è servita in hotel. Occorre spostarsi in altra struttura o utilizzare il servizio camera.... Grazie
