I have stayed in your hotel, either the old Wing or the New Wing. I have the following views. The hotel's New Wing has all the good points like cleanliness, good bath room facilities and good services. The old Wing had been neglected somehow. The bathrooms( my previous stays) were not up to grade as some have sewage problems, leaking pipes and floors would be wet through after shower. The layouts are poorly done. Counter services were good. Officers were generally polite and helpful.

Hotel service good staff friendly, fast check.in and out, suggest hotel change bath room shower as it very old and it should update to new shower head that we can hold it.

Really upset when my booking had been transferred to agoda.com and their simply change my room type from Grand Deluxe to Deluxe Room. But a fast response from 永安 when i raised up this issue to them and their pay back to me the difference of the room price

再也不會住這個破酒店，設施陳舊，衞生極差，馬桶滲水。洗浴池地下多大裂紋。房間礦泉水衹有兩瓶，再要衹能購買。而且辦理入住酒店必須扣留護照，搞得天天出門提心吊膽。沒護照想順便過去馬來也不行。退房就我一個住客，三個服務員自顧自己吹牛，辦理過程慢得要死，而且房間沒查完不還護照。
