茂宜島威斯汀卡納帕利水療度假村 (The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali)

非常不推薦，整個酒店非常老，員工非常沒有禮貌且不專業，衞生很差，洗髮水都沒有，隔音也不行。做這麼久的飛機來度假，沒有必要在這裏浪費時間。

Everything was great! My only point of criticism is that the gym doesn’t open until 9am, which is very late. It would be great if it opened earlier given people want to workout before activities for the day.

We had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet.

지상낙원입니다 직원들도 친절하고 위치 최고예요^^ 특히 수영장이 너무 좋아요. 일층 라이브바 음식 너무 맛있었어요^^ 바베큐립 스테이크 코코넛쉬림프 너무 맛있어요^^

The hotel location is perfect. Staff here are friendly. Pools are great for family , we enjoy our five days in the property, food are good too.

서비스 점수는 낮게 주고 싶어요. 응대 시간 너무 늦습니다. 슬리퍼 좀 달라고 했는데 1시간 걸렸어요 너무합니다 서비스

We stay there for four days, the hotel location is extremely convenient where you have the beach and the pool for family to spend the leisure time with, then the shopping boulevard is right on the spot that you get to have variety of the restaurant, shopping spree etc, thought the hotel has been history hotel, but the management has manage to maintain the clean and tidy, the staff is extremely friendly, breakfast is very good,

Location is good , service is good. Pool is great for kid and parents, food is good. Have a very nice holiday here for five days , and a game room As well.
